Once the supplements have been delivered, you will not be allowed to return the product or request a refund. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect item, or if parts of your products are missing, you can report the issue to Rigved Ayurveda for a replacement within 2 (Two) days of receiving the product. Please provide proper documentation/proofs in the form of images and/or videos to support your claim. Rigved Ayurveda has the authority to cancel an order for a product or service at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances, solely at Rigved Ayurveda’s discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled orders, and the amount will be returned to the User’s original payment method. Payments made directly on the Website for services will be handled in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the ‘Refunds’ section below. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect item, or if parts of your order are missing, you can request a replacement. To do so, please report the issue to Rigved Ayurveda within 2 (Two) days of receiving the product. Our representative will visit your location to inspect the damaged order, and if verified, we will replace the product.
Please note that the replacement process will only begin after Rigved Ayurveda successfully verifies the products. The verification process may take up to 7 (Seven) working days from the time of pickup from your location.

For orders made with Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds will be made to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). Please note that cash refunds will not be provided in such cases. It’s important to clarify that cash payments made without a valid system-generated receipt are considered invalid, and Rigved Ayurveda assumes no responsibility or liability for such cash payments. Rigved Ayurveda has not authorized any of its employees or agents to issue manual receipts.
